This is the third and final installment of these messy, pretentious, self-indulgent, why not, scrapbook / mix tapes. This collection covers 2017, which as I belabor in the material, was a hard year. Drinking too much and too often exacerbated every first world tumult and first world tribulation. How fortunate I was for the opportunity to drink so much, so often. There's one set where I am exceptionally sober and many where I am exceptionally otherwise. Throughout the collection I lean heavily on old material, mean material, and dark, terrible 'wouldn't've said it sober' stuff (or at least I hope I wouldn't've). I relish two funerals that were tragic for people very close to me, I refuse to admit I had / or would have fun doing a conventionally fun thing, and I put a lot of effort into figuring out the best way to talk about how famous I'm going to be.

My fastidiousness deteriorated in how consistently I was performing and how often I was recording so this collection takes the shape of: Fifteen sets I recorded that were also less than 10 minutes long. I made an effort to present them chronologically.

I stopped drinking around the time of the last set on this collection. A great mercy of drinking too much too often is that it numbs your awareness of how your behavior is effecting the people around you. A downside to the post-overdrinking sobriety is I can't seem to get a solid handle on how my behavior effected the people around me. After soberly hosting a weekend at The Comedy Club on State in December (where Narc-y McBuzzkill is as big a laugh as I promised it would be [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DuZYwJMJzfQ]) I committed to staying home to support my very pregnant wife and my very energetic four year old. I assure you that comedy will be a priority again at the earliest opportunity.
